Digital Anatomists for www These people from the University of Washington have really achieved a breakthough in using the WWW for interactively teaching anatomy. Using MRI scans and most importantly computer reconstructions of organs based on cryosections, this site offers a different perspective of the organs you see in the dissection room. In addition, you are interactively quizzed on anatomy, and are provided feedback throughout your visit. Brain atlases (vital for Neuro 200 Winter quarter) and an atlas of the thoracic viscera are currently available.

Among the features you can choose from are "multimedia textbooks" which are Web pages about everything from lung anatomy to emporiatrics (travel medicine).
